As part of the process of designing your site, we assist with the SEO (search engine optimisation) of your site and we also set up a dynamic sitemap for your site that will update Google whenever your site changes. We also install Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor site traffic. We also offer WordPress training to teach you how to manage your site going forward. No coding knowledge required!
One of the questions we are often asked is: How do I update my website once it’s built? We use WordPress as our CMS (content management system) of choice due to its ease of use and that there is need for coding making it easy for our clients to update their own sites themselves. With every site our web design company builds we provide a 30 minute online handover to our clients with WordPress training. This training covers the basics of: how to update text, upload an image for all pages of your website. If you feel this isn’t adequate or you want to take it a step further you may want some dedicated WordPress training.
WordPress Training
As well as offering web design in Sussex and Kent, we also offer dedicated WordPress training online for customers in Kent and Sussex and across the rest of the UK. This is usually done on Zoom or Skype. During these training sessions we take you through your site, and show you had to: add pages, adjust menus,create layouts, update shops, or anything else you may want learn in WordPress.
At our Sussex based web design company we offer online WordPress training is available from £250 for a half day. If you are based in the West of Kent or East Sussex, we are happy to travel to offer on-site WordPress Training, however this may cost due to travel time.
